Updates coming!

I'm back from the land of no internet, a.k.a nowheresville Panama, a.k.a a sketchy hostel in Achiote, near the Caribbean coast.  Stories abound, but I'm too tired to tell them now.  Soon.  Get excited.

In the meantime, ponder over this one:

What happens when evolution takes a bit of pink cotton candy and animates it?

The megalopygid (or puss) caterpillar is created.  It is a soulless mobile fluff ball whose adorable pink hairs actually contain venom-loaded spines that cause severe, radiating burning sensations, swelling, nausea, headaches, abdominal distress, rashes, blisters, and sometimes chest pain, numbness, or difficulty breathing.  "Ironically, the resemblances of the larvae to soft, colorful cotton balls encourages people to pick them up and pet them", according to Wikipedia.

The rainforest is quite good at concocting devious ways to injure/maim/kill  people...

Pink, fuzzy doom.  On my notebook.

Lukas' finger is inches away from a fluffy, adorable monster.
